We’re still not done. Not even close. How about yogurt? It seems that yogurt is the preferred dairy product for dieters. I’m not sure why, as yogurt that isn’t specifically fat-free is unlikely to help you with your weight loss efforts. Yogurt is no longer just plain yogurt. There are many things that can be added to your cup of yogurt, including fruit and granola. They even offer yogurt with special enzymes that aid in digestion.
Let’s not forget about the 60 Minutes classic, milk Andy Rooney. He did a segment on milk recently about how milk isn’t just milk. You now have low-fat and skim milks, which are really skimmed milks, as well as a variety of other types of milk that used to come from a cow. He suggested that we should just return to the old milk we used.
